Feeding Instructions and Tablet Contents

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS For Dogs:

Loading Amount:  One tablet per day per 25 pounds of weight for two months.  Best given at time of a regular daily feeding.  Older animals may need to be given the loading amount for a longer period. Recommended number of tablets to use  according to weight of the animal is:

1 tablet daily for up to 25lb  2 tablets daily for 26-50 

3 tablets daily for 51-75      4 tablets daily for 76-100 

5 tablets daily for 101-149  6 tablets daily for 150 and over

Tablets can be given half in the AM and half in the PM.  Tablets may be crushed for very small animals.  If desired, the deliciously flavored tablets may given as a treat on an empty stomach an hour before feeding with water available.

Maintenance  Amount:  Recommended maintenance amounts are one-half of the loading amounts:

1/2 tablet daily for up to 25lb      1 tablet daily for 26-50 

1 1/2 tablets daily for 51-75       2 tablets daily for 76-100 

2 1/2 tablets daily for 101-149   3 tablets daily for 150 and over

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS For CATs: 1 tablet daily for two months followed by ½ tablet daily as maintenance amount.  Tablets may need to be crushed and given on food.
